About the role

  • Own Shopify integrations and merchant onboarding - from install to live campaigns
  • Help brands build flows to collect customer content, reviews, and feedback (photos, videos, testimonials, NPS)
  • Set up and optimise incentivised loops - reward customers for content, reviews, and engagement
  • Create high-converting Shopify journeys - post-purchase, landing pages, and retention flows
  • Implement Apple Wallet and Google Wallet experiences - loyalty cards, rewards, and contact capture
  • Turn successful setups into repeatable playbooks and feed insights back into product

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Shopify - apps, themes, and merchant workflows
  • Proven ability to sell and onboard technical tools with non-technical teams
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce growth - acquisition, retention, and conversion
  • Experience with customer generated content, reviews, or feedback tools
  • Able to build end-to-end flows - content, reviews, feedback, and incentivised engagement
  • Clear communicator with a practical, outcome-focused approach
  • Independent and comfortable working in an early-stage environment
