• Onboard hotels end-to-end - from first call to live campaign, working closely with GMs, marketing teams, and front desk staff
• Use our product as your playground - design and launch real-world flows for hotels (content capture, reviews, wallet cards, guest engagement)
• Turn pilots into case studies and repeatable playbooks that can scale across groups and locations
• Collaborate with founders and product - feed back what works, what breaks, and what needs to be built next
• Do what’s needed to make it work - on-site visits, quick iterations, testing ideas in real environments

Social Media Manager

• Own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
• Create and publish high quality content consistently. This includes writing posts, filming short form video, editing clips, repurposing content, and collaborating with designers where needed
• Grow our audience from the ground up by testing formats, analysing performance, and doubling down on what drives engagement
• Turn customer stories and real campaign results into scroll stopping social content
• Engage with our community daily. Respond to comments, start conversations, connect with ecommerce founders and creators
• Spot trends early and adapt them intelligently to fit our brand and audience
• Work closely with the founders to translate product updates, campaigns, and insights into content that builds awareness and trust
• Track performance across platforms and report on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness
