About the role
- Own the full sales cycle for high-value B2B deals.
- Act as a strategic consultant, leading discovery calls to uncover core problems.
- Run tailored demos that provide clear solutions and drive deals to a successful close.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and keep up momentum with proactive hunting and deal closures.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years closing high-ticket B2B sales (SaaS preferred) with complex, multi-call cycles.
- Proven experience selling high-ticket services or software to clients in the real estate investing or home services industries.
- Demonstrated evidence of self-sourcing and re-engaging dormant leads to fill your pipeline when needed.
- Strong skills with CRM/engagement tools; concise note-taking; clear next steps; and reliable sales forecasting.
