About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle for high-value B2B deals.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, leading discovery calls to uncover core problems.
  • Run tailored demos that provide clear solutions and drive deals to a successful close.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and keep up momentum with proactive hunting and deal closures.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years closing high-ticket B2B sales (SaaS preferred) with complex, multi-call cycles.
  • Proven experience selling high-ticket services or software to clients in the real estate investing or home services industries.
  • Demonstrated evidence of self-sourcing and re-engaging dormant leads to fill your pipeline when needed.
  • Strong skills with CRM/engagement tools; concise note-taking; clear next steps; and reliable sales forecasting.
