About the role
- Lead the technical design and CAD ownership of modular furniture systems
- Rebuild and standardize full 3D CAD assemblies of existing products
- Develop animated assembly and manufacturing sequences
- Design a new modular sleeper system with an integrated foldable steel base
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field
- 10+ years experience designing furniture or physical product systems
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar parametric CAD software)
- Experience building large, structured assemblies
- Strong understanding of materials (wood, metal, upholstery)
- Familiarity with steel components or mechanical integrations
