• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and ongoing follow-up;

• Handle post-sale follow-up, ensuring satisfaction, providing customer support and pursuing upsell or renewal opportunities;
• Keep records of interactions, contracts and data up to date in the CRM;
