About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads (structure, audiences, creatives, and budget);
  • Run optimization routines (A/B tests, creative adjustments, audience refinement, and bid adjustments);
  • Support the development of acquisition and remarketing strategies;
  • Monitor performance indicators (CPL, conversions, volume);
  • Configure and maintain UTMs, events, and conversions (GA4 and GTM);
  • Ensure minimum consistency of campaign data;
  • Identify simple tracking issues and flag improvements;
  • Support funnel analysis based on available data;
  • Support keyword research;
  • Perform on-page optimizations for content and pages;
  • Monitor metrics in Search Console;
  • Suggest straightforward improvements focused on traffic and conversion;
  • Write and review ad copy and landing page copy;
  • Support the creation of content briefs based on performance;
  • Work closely with branding to align messages and channels;
  • Track results and propose tests;
  • Organize campaign learnings;
  • Assist in building reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a performance focus;
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads;
  • Knowledge of GA4 and GTM (events, UTMs, and basic analysis);
  • Understanding of on-page SEO and keyword research;
  • Strong writing skills for ads and landing pages.
  • Differentiators
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C companies;
  • Experience with remarketing and conversion funnels;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or Clarity;
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and CRO;
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
