About the role
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the company’s staffing goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and work on crafting accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient communication and timely feedback.
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus.
