Field Engineer

• Provide on demand technical support to customers including afterhours phone support.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair diagnostic imaging equipment on their own.
• Accurately document all service activities in accordance with Company Quality Standards.
• Communicate with account manager on services.
• Build a working bond between the customer and the company.
• Manage and maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
