About the role
- Provide on demand technical support to customers including afterhours phone support.
- Install, troubleshoot and repair diagnostic imaging equipment on their own.
- Accurately document all service activities in accordance with Company Quality Standards.
- Communicate with account manager on services.
- Build a working bond between the customer and the company.
- Manage and maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Medical Equipment Industry
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Some college preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Complete service requests on imaging equipment.
- Communication Proficiency.
- Business Acumen.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Relationship Management.
