About the role
- Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity
- Forecast short-term cash needs
- Enter monthly journal entries
- Support third-party audits and reviews
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
- Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Organizational/analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel familiarity
- Ability to perform account reconciliations
- Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite)
- Software Accounting experience a plus
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize “big ticket items”
- Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
