Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the planning, forecasting, and financial analysis function for clients
• Deliver the insights leadership teams need for data-driven decisions
• Play a strategic role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and partner directly with client leadership
• Help clients gain clarity, confidence, and control over their financial future
• Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze variances, trends, and key performance indicators with client leadership
• Develop dashboards and reporting packages translating complex data into narratives
• Lead scenario planning, headcount modeling, and long-range strategic planning
• Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor-facing financial materials as needed
• Integrate and optimize planning tools and financial systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison across client finance, accounting, and leadership teams
• Present findings and recommendations directly to client executives and stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to FP&A best practices across engagements
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support client decision-making.
