About the role
- Collaborate with your creative leads and project managers across different timezones
- Work on various digital projects simultaneously, including websites, apps, interactive media, and other user-centric products
- Execute projects with high attention to detail, on time and budget
- Participate in defining and implementing user-centered design strategies that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations, ensuring the creation of intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Support the entire UX/UI design process, from concept and wireframing to prototyping and final design, focusing on functionality and aesthetics
- Contribute to the consistency, quality, and innovation within UX/UI design across projects, adhering to best practices and guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a consistent user experience across all digital deliverables, collaborating with other designers and developers
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, continuously enhancing personal and team expertise
Requirements
- BA or equivalent in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable creative agency, technology company, or in-house design team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centric design projects, such as website design, app design, interactive media, etc.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards
- Good grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow creative direction and translate it into compelling and effective user experiences
- Mindful of your time, budget and schedule, you are flexible and willing to put in the time and dedication needed to make each project you and your team work on a success
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A team-focused mindset, with experience working collaboratively with UX/UI Leads, Art Directors, and creative teams
