About the role
- Coordinating, planning, and executing marketing and sales campaigns across multiple media channels.
- Establishing a collaborative working relationship with the business owner.
- Crafting direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, and social media.
- Designing, documenting, and improving the systems that turn leads into customers.
- Supporting the sales process from first inquiry to closed deal.
- Optimizing marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition.
- Managing the company's social media presence, including creating and posting content, responding to comments, and monitoring metrics.
- Creating and managing project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time.
