About the role
- Own end-to-end accounting operations for 5’s revenue and accounts receivable
- Oversee accounts payable processes
- Supervise intercompany accounting activities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
- Drive continuous improvements in the speed, accuracy, and scalability of the financial close process
- Serve as the primary accounting lead and liaison with external CPA firms
- Manage bi-weekly payroll inputs
- Manage corporate credit card accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in QuickBooks
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accrual and cash-basis accounting
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
