About the role

  • Take reliable ownership of the entire sales cycle and drive the strategic growth of your markets.
  • Manage the full sales process — from initial outreach and presentations, through negotiations, to successful closes with new brand and agency partners.
  • Develop and implement an effective acquisition strategy (email, cold calling, networking) to build a strong, qualified pipeline.
  • Act as a key ambassador for 4screen, communicating our mission and raising awareness for the new digital in-car channel.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead confident contract negotiations and build sustainable, long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and organize roadshows.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience (up to 5 years) in an inside sales, outbound, and/or field sales position or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-growing, dynamic company (technology, consumer goods, or hospitality/hotel industry).
  • Experience identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and successfully closing contracts.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-initiative.
  • Prior experience specifically in the ad-tech or digital media industry is a plus.
