About the role
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and set milestones
- Communicate effectively with various departments and staff at all levels
- Proactively identify and address project interdependencies, resource management, risks and issues
- Ability to build and maintain higher-level program plans
- Apply agile project management techniques, methods, and tools
- Manage multiple, often large, projects of different priorities
- Coach, motivate, lead, and supervise project team members
- Facilitate project meetings and manage project expectations
- Identify opportunities for project management process improvements
- Break projects into doable actions and coordinate with the team regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management software
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience leading projects with remote teams across various time zones
- Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
- Experience in e-commerce, management consulting, or related field a plus
