About the role
- Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Provide support to clients in resolving questions related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist in preparing training sessions for end users on how to effectively use the ServiceNow platform.
- Support creation, creation and/or updating of technical documentation, including user manuals, implementation guides, standard operating procedures, etc.
- Properly document developed code, implemented processes, and adopted technical solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and facilitating future maintenance.
- Participate in quality testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet client requirements and are free of defects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for implementation in ServiceNow.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the success of ServiceNow projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
