About the role
- Production planning & editor coordination – You plan weekly capacities for our editors (cutters), assign jobs, monitor deadlines, and manage buffers when creator deliveries are delayed.
- Client contact & communication – You are the first point of contact for clients' operational questions, coordinate alignments via Slack, and ensure feedback is accurately entered into the system.
- Content sourcing & handoff coordination – You ensure briefings are handed over completely, materials arrive in the Drive on time, and the cutting queue is never blocked by missing assets.
- Project tracking – You keep the status of all ongoing productions up to date, monitor deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Performance tracking – You maintain our ad performance tracker, flag ads according to clear criteria, and prepare internal tracking dashboards.
- BONUS (optional): Become active as a creator yourself and appear on camera for our clients.
Requirements
- Experience in coordination or project management – ideally at an e‑commerce brand or agency – you've managed multiple moving parts simultaneously and know what a well-run production process looks like — and what a poor one looks like.
- Confident with project management tools – Airtable, Notion, Asana or similar. You don't need an introduction to what a status field is.
- Basic understanding of digital content production – you know what a briefing, a hook, and an edit are. You don't have to be an editor, but you must be able to contribute to discussions.
- Strong communication skills – you're the daily interface between copywriters, editors, and clients. Clear, direct and reliable — without sounding like an announcement.
- Self-responsibility & proactivity – you don't wait for someone to tell you when something is wrong. You spot issues early and take care of them.
- Process-oriented thinking rather than task-based thinking – you don't think in to-dos but in systems. If a workflow is inefficient, you're driven to improve it.
- Team spirit & humor – we work closely together, support each other and have fun — but always with a commitment to performance.
Benefits
- Maximum freedom – 100% remote, flexible, no micromanagement.
- Fast implementation – no endless back-and-forth. Good ideas are implemented and, if successful, adopted immediately.
- Small, flexible team – direct communication and a relaxed yet goal-oriented work culture. No corporate bureaucracy, no nonsense.
- Systems that actually work – you won't be working in outdated workflows, but in collaboratively developed processes that we continuously improve.
- Responsibility from day one – you take on real operational responsibility – no intern tasks, no coffee runs.
- Insight into performance marketing – you work daily with Meta and TikTok ads, creative strategy and e-commerce – building in-demand know-how.
- New areas of responsibility – you have the option to also work as a content creator for our clients (shoot video footage & record voiceovers).
