• Define and validate the technical architecture of PLM solutions deployed for our clients
• Ensure the consistency and robustness of Windchill implementations in multi-system environments
• Support delivery teams in technical implementation and in resolving complex issues
• Participate in scoping, design, and integration phases, working closely with project teams and business experts
• Serve as a technical reference for Windchill by providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients
• Contribute to knowledge capture and the continuous improvement of PLM methodologies
