About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in the integration, operation and optimization of IT environments
Define hardware configurations suited to client needs
Install and implement software solutions
Validate the technical configurations implemented
Write technical documentation (procedures, guides, deliverables)
Design and structure technical architecture documentation
Maintain client environments in operational condition
Analyze and resolve technical incidents
Participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or diploma in a technical field (IT, Systems & Networks)
Some experience in a systems environment (preferred)
Service-oriented with the ability to respond effectively to requests
Active listening and an ability to understand client needs
Rigour and high standards for the quality of deliverables
Commitment to project success
Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
A good command of English is a plus
