About the role
- Channel Management: Plan and execute the editorial calendar (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blog and Email);
- Creation & Copywriting: Develop narratives that connect and convert, adapting tone and language for each platform;
- Social Listening & Engagement: Moderate comments and direct messages with a focus on building connection and qualifying leads for the sales team;
- Blog & SEO: Produce SEO-optimized articles to ensure our organic ranking;
- Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and translate metrics into actionable plans;
- Strategic Presence: Monitor channels during short windows on weekends (approx. 1 hour/day) to stay on top of trending topics.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving brand growth and delivering results through social media;
- Technical mastery: Deep knowledge of social platforms (especially short-form video and blogs);
- Strong copywriting: Persuasive writing and webwriting expertise;
- Inbound & SEO mindset: Understand the sales funnel and how content attracts and converts;
- "Blue" profile: Owner mentality, focus on excellence (does not accept "average"), extreme organization and discipline for remote work;
- Experience in B2B, Education, or info product markets;
- Experience in high-growth companies (scale-ups);
- Basic video editing skills (storytelling for Reels/TikTok) or basic design.
