About the role
- Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor spend pacing, maintaining account hygiene, QA campaigns before and after launch
- Be the primary point of contact for client portfolio, leading performance meetings
- Develop and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations
- Translate campaign data into clear performance reports, highlighting wins and opportunities
- Work within established playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistency across the portfolio
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns, agency or in-house
- Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
- Experience building and managing campaigns across the full lifecycle from setup to optimization
- Outstanding client-facing skills
- A natural sense of accountability and ownership over your portfolio
- Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and client communication
- Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
- Experience in the multifamily industry is a big plus but not required
