About the role
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for technology solutions.
- Build and lead 4Smart’s channel and partnership strategy, guiding partners and strengthening the commercial ecosystem.
- Represent 4Smart institutionally in strategic meetings, negotiations, and executive forums.
- Support partners in closing large accounts, acting as an executive authority.
- Structure commercial processes, governance, and KPIs, ensuring clear visibility for executive leadership.
- Connect internal teams, partners, and executive leadership to ensure smooth execution and clarity of strategy.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance indicators.
- Conduct complex negotiations with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Work in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical and data-driven with strong planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct consultative negotiations.
