About the role

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for technology solutions.
  • Build and lead 4Smart’s channel and partnership strategy, guiding partners and strengthening the commercial ecosystem.
  • Represent 4Smart institutionally in strategic meetings, negotiations, and executive forums.
  • Support partners in closing large accounts, acting as an executive authority.
  • Structure commercial processes, governance, and KPIs, ensuring clear visibility for executive leadership.
  • Connect internal teams, partners, and executive leadership to ensure smooth execution and clarity of strategy.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance indicators.
  • Conduct complex negotiations with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
