• Independent leasing of our nationwide portfolio, consisting primarily of commercial properties
• Communication with various brokers, prospective tenants and other real estate service providers
• Coordination and organization of all necessary steps to ensure the smooth completion of leasing transactions, from preparing offers to signing the lease agreement
• Preparation of amendments, lease extensions (prolongations), etc.
• Maintaining and expanding our network of potential tenants and brokerage partners

• You are the first point of contact for our commercial and residential properties (no condominium owners’ association management) and keep an eye on all property-related matters, ensuring professional oversight of our assets
• You responsibly manage correspondence with clients, tenants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and custodial staff
• You record reported defects, develop pragmatic solutions and balance tenant and company interests
• You review invoices, allocate costs correctly and support the BKA team as a central interface
• You capture and maintain tenant and property data in the integrated property management system
• You monitor contractual rights and obligations under leases
• You conduct property inspections independently and assist with handovers as part of new lettings
• You develop targeted cost-optimization measures and implement them in close coordination with the team leader
