Manager

• You are the primary point of contact for our commercial and residential tenants, keeping track of all property-related matters and ensuring professional management of our buildings
• You responsibly handle correspondence with clients, tenants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
• You record defects and defect reports, develop pragmatic solutions and align tenant and company interests
• You review invoices, allocate costs correctly and support the BKA team as a central interface
• You capture and maintain tenant and property data in the integrated property management system
• You monitor contractual rights and obligations under leases
• You carry out property inspections independently and assist with handovers during new lettings
• You develop targeted cost optimization measures and implement them in close coordination with the team leader
