About the role
- Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships focused on delivering real value and impact
- Conduct qualified outbound prospecting in the heavy transport sector
- Perform in-depth operational diagnostics using data
- Manage the sales pipeline in a disciplined manner within the CRM
- Develop robust technical and commercial proposals
- Lead structured follow-ups through to closing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in one of the following contexts: carrier operations, fleet management/control, road transport logistics, operations monitoring, or technical after-sales
- Resilience and target orientation, with the ability to manage medium to long sales cycles
- Analytical and operational mindset, focused on results and continuous improvement
- Clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication
- Process discipline and consistent use of CRM
- Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are a plus
