About the role
- Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships focused on delivering value and measurable impact
- Conduct qualified active prospecting in the heavy transportation segment
- Perform in-depth operational diagnostics using data
- Manage the sales pipeline rigorously in the CRM
- Create robust technical and commercial proposals
- Lead structured follow-ups through to closing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following contexts: carrier operations, fleet management/control, road transport logistics, operations monitoring, or technical after-sales
- Resilience and target orientation, with the ability to manage medium to long sales cycles
- Analytical and operational mindset focused on results and continuous improvement
- Clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication
- Discipline in processes and CRM usage
- Additional education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
