About the role
- Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships focused on delivering real value and measurable impact
- Conduct proactive, qualified prospecting within the heavy transport segment
- Perform in-depth operational diagnostics using data
- Manage the sales pipeline systematically in the CRM
- Develop robust technical and commercial proposals
- Lead structured follow-ups through to closing
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in one of the following areas: carrier operations, fleet management/control, road transport logistics, operations monitoring, or technical after-sales/service
- Resilience and results orientation, with the ability to manage medium to long sales cycles
- Analytical, operations-oriented mindset focused on results and continuous improvement
- Clear, concise, solution-oriented communication skills
- Discipline in processes and CRM usage
- Additional education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
