About the role
- Responsible for maintaining and growing the assigned Key Accounts
- Responsible for 3M TEBG product sales to the assigned Key Accounts
- Lead TEBG Strategy for engagement with assigned airlines
- Implements key account strategies
- Determine strategy, sales approach, customer engagement plan
- Supports business group initiatives
- Willingness to travel globally to support Key Accounts
- Driving a company vehicle, with pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Eight (8) years of aerospace industry sales in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Master's degree at an accredited institution (additional)
- Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment (additional)
- Skills include Negotiation, Strong Influencing skills, CRM Skills, Proven experience managing cross functional teams, Substantial experience in aerospace sales.
