About the role
- Develop, standardize, and deploy maintenance strategies and contractor management processes
- Ensure consistent execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Develop corporate guidelines for preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
- Serve as the corporate subject matter expert for maintenance execution and contractor management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science field
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in maintenance leadership roles
- Strong contractor performance management experience
- Five (5) years of experience in maintenance optimization, contractor management, and reliability principles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, EHS standards, and manufacturing best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
