About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account strategy
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for Key Account channel partner
- Develop annual joint business plans (JBP)
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF/co-op funds, and incentive programs
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
- Expand channel rep mindshare coverage
- Analyze POS/sell-through, category trends, and competitive moves
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate key account performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years of experience in sales, channel management, distribution strategy, or related roles
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in a private, public, government or military environment
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
- Strong understanding of various distribution models and channel dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience negotiating and managing complex contracts
