About the role
- Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment
- Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
- Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive
- Support division and regional programs and initiatives
- Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems
- Track all activities in 3M CRM tool
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with one (1) year sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience
- Current, Valid Driver’s license OR High School Diploma/GED with Five (5) years of experience in the Automotive/Collision industry
- Financial acumen
- Technical expertise in the Automotive and/or Collision industry
- Relationship builder with a competitive nature
- Well organized, self-starter
- Time management
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
