About the role

  • Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment
  • Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
  • Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive
  • Support division and regional programs and initiatives
  • Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems
  • Track all activities in 3M CRM tool

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with one (1) year sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience
  • Current, Valid Driver’s license OR High School Diploma/GED with Five (5) years of experience in the Automotive/Collision industry
  • Financial acumen
  • Technical expertise in the Automotive and/or Collision industry
  • Relationship builder with a competitive nature
  • Well organized, self-starter
  • Time management
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
