About the role
- Leading the daily compliance task of approving new 3M products intended for the market by ensuring documentation relating to local requirements are fulfilled.
- Managing Packaging Waste and Electronic waste submissions.
- Working closely with internal and external customers and within the EMEA Product Stewardship team to manage enquiries on regulatory aspects of 3M products.
- Supporting compliance improvement activities through development of new processes and systems.
- Monitoring relevant emerging regulatory requirements and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, technical (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Environmental, Material Science, etc.)
- Knowledge on product safety and chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, EPR, etc.)
- English (very good in writing and speaking)
- Enjoys working with multiple IT systems, including SAP, excel
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and capable of dealing with short deadlines
- Problem solving skills with the ability to bring projects to a conclusion
