About the role
- Customer support and professional advice within the assigned sales territory
- New customer acquisition and proactive outreach regarding new products and promotions
- Expanding the opportunity pipeline with profitable projects
- Scaling reference projects
- Active market and competitor analysis
- Collaboration with the supporting team (Marketing, Application Engineering and Channel Management)
Requirements
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree or a commercial/technical vocational qualification
- Professional sales experience in the technical product sector
- Solid experience in a sales role
- Willingness to travel within Baden-Württemberg
- Very good command of English and German
- Confident use of ERP and CRM systems (Power BI and Salesforce desirable)
- Experience or knowledge in adhesives for various markets and/or related product solutions is an advantage
- Self-motivation, team spirit, perseverance and results orientation, as well as strong communication skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills
