About the role

  • Customer support and professional advice within the assigned sales territory
  • New customer acquisition and proactive outreach regarding new products and promotions
  • Expanding the opportunity pipeline with profitable projects
  • Scaling reference projects
  • Active market and competitor analysis
  • Collaboration with the supporting team (Marketing, Application Engineering and Channel Management)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree or a commercial/technical vocational qualification
  • Professional sales experience in the technical product sector
  • Solid experience in a sales role
  • Willingness to travel within Baden-Württemberg
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Confident use of ERP and CRM systems (Power BI and Salesforce desirable)
  • Experience or knowledge in adhesives for various markets and/or related product solutions is an advantage
  • Self-motivation, team spirit, perseverance and results orientation, as well as strong communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills
