About the role

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Business Development Executives.
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives on outreach strategy and territory focus.
  • Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and track activity metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, sales development, or outbound prospecting experience (healthcare or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently hit activity and meeting targets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Healthcare or radiology experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with outside sales or enterprise sales teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound automation tools (LinkedIn HubSpot, etc.).
