About the role
- Identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Business Development Executives.
- Work closely with Business Development Executives on outreach strategy and territory focus.
- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and track activity metrics.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of inside sales, sales development, or outbound prospecting experience (healthcare or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently hit activity and meeting targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Healthcare or radiology experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating with outside sales or enterprise sales teams preferred.
- Familiarity with outbound automation tools (LinkedIn HubSpot, etc.).
