About the role
- Own administration of employee benefit programs, including enrollments, life event changes, audits, and annual open enrollment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and vendor coordination.
- Support benefits-related compliance activities, including ACA tracking and retirement plan audits.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-hire screenings and new hire orientation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems.
- Provide operational HR support and assist the HR Director with HR programs, reporting, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience administering employee benefits.
- Working knowledge of employee benefit plans, enrollment processes, and benefits compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
