About the role
- Own pipeline creation through paid channels for the North American market
- Create ads for search and paid social
- Define and monitor channel budgets
- Optimize conversion funnel steps through experimentation
- Collaborate with BDRs for qualitative insights on actions
Requirements
- Strong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn / Facebook Ads)
- Minimum of 2 years with first-hand online campaign management experience
- Data-focus mindset, driven by performance
- Attention to detail with excellent campaign launch skills
- Strong analytical skills for report creation and performance analysis
- Autonomy in conducting projects independently
- Structured and clear written communication
- Command of marketing automation tools (Marketo) and Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
