About the role
- Provide IT helpdesk support, including user access requests, device troubleshooting, and account management
- Assist with security monitoring, alert triage, and basic incident response activities
- Support data loss prevention (DLP) initiatives and policy enforcement
- Help maintain and review security tools, logs, and dashboards
- Assist with security documentation, procedures, and user security awareness efforts
- Escalate security and IT issues to senior team members as appropriate.
