About the role

  • The Client Success Manager supports Account Managers for a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Helps ensure timely responses and follow-through on client requests and issues.
  • Supports onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account activities.
  • Assists with client communications, updates, and documentation.
  • Surfaces client feedback, risks, and trends to Account Managers.
  • Works closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Helps Account Managers maintain accurate account notes and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a Client Success Manager role or a related client-facing position.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Interest in privacy, security, or intelligence-related services (bonus).
  • Experience working with CRM tools or client reporting systems (bonus).
