About the role
- The Client Success Manager supports Account Managers for a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Helps ensure timely responses and follow-through on client requests and issues.
- Supports onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account activities.
- Assists with client communications, updates, and documentation.
- Surfaces client feedback, risks, and trends to Account Managers.
- Works closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery.
- Helps Account Managers maintain accurate account notes and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Client Success Manager role or a related client-facing position.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Interest in privacy, security, or intelligence-related services (bonus).
- Experience working with CRM tools or client reporting systems (bonus).
