Chief Marketing Officer

• The Head of Marketing Services leads the entire service delivery organization — the PR, Social Media Marketing, Cross Media Marketing (Advertising), Event, Brand Production, Bilingual Business Facilitator, and Creative divisions.
• Own the organizational management, service quality, and delivery excellence of all service divisions.
• Carry accountability for achieving the semi-annual gross profit targets for each service team.
• Work closely with Business Development teams in both the US and Japan to optimize team assignments and maintain client satisfaction across all projects.
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to elevate branding and creative standards across all divisions.
• Monitor client satisfaction, handle escalations, and drive corrective actions.
• Continuously upgrade service offerings to match market trends and client expectations.
• Manage division budgets and resource utilization while achieving gross profit targets.
