Account Manager

• Serve as the senior lead across several high-value digitally focused client accounts, acting as their trusted partner and business advisor
• Develop and guide comprehensive digital marketing strategies spanning paid media, CRM, content, and automation focused on business growth
• Lead high-level planning meetings, campaign reviews, and growth strategy sessions with clients and internal teams
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable digital strategies and communicate across creative, media, and development teams
• Actively apply AI-driven tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance, improve personalization, and streamline workflows
• Lead digital campaign planning and audience targeting strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Own development and optimization of customer journey strategies from awareness to conversion to retention
• Define campaign KPIs, budget allocations, and messaging priorities based on client goals and market insights
• Oversee planning and execution of digitally led and lead gen-driven full-funnel marketing strategies across online and occasionally offline platforms
• Create and present strategic campaign briefs, recommendations, and comprehensive post-campaign performance analysis
• Mentor Client Strategists and Digital Account Strategists, providing strategic insight and guidance
• Partner with department leadership to improve internal digital tools, workflows, and collaboration
• Guide development of sophisticated CRM campaigns including email journeys, automations, and advanced list segmentation
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to provide optimization and retention recommendations
• Monitor, analyze, and collaborate to optimize campaign and account performance using analytics platforms
• Build and present comprehensive monthly performance reports with KPIs and strategic optimization tactics
• Lead onboarding for new accounts to ensure strategic alignment and operational clarity
• Collaborate with business development to identify growth opportunities and scope new digital initiatives
• Own revenue planning, budget tracking, and invoicing in coordination with account and project teams
