Own end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition and resource allocation
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements

Create comprehensive technical requirements documents

Develop comprehensive testing strategies and ensure projects meet security standards
Serve as primary point of contact for technical project communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technical project management
Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, APIs, and modern web technologies
Deep expertise in AI-assisted development including experience with Replit, GitHub Copilot, or similar
Proven ability to write comprehensive technical and functional requirements documentation
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical AI implementation constraints
Experience managing custom website development projects across various CMS platforms
Expertise with CRM platforms including custom integrations and API development
Proficiency with project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum
Advanced skills in technical documentation and project management tools
