• Serve as the 3 Day Blinds Sales, Marketing and Service departments Subject Matter Expert, for Salesforce Field Service instance.
• Develop a thorough understanding of business needs by fostering relationships across functional areas.
• Review current business processes and salesforce utilization to ensure maximum impact.
• Liaise between Salesforce technical teams and 3 Day functional leaders to ensure system configuration is aligned with business processes.
• Appointment optimization – ensure business processes and Salesforce configurations are set up to maximize appointments per day and to assign resources to maximize opportunities.
• Work with the Director of Sales Operations to develop a scalable CRM operations plan.
• Translate client requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to implement system workflows and processes resulting in increased productivity and performance.
