• Assisting customers through all phases of their 2Modern experience including initial inquiry, shipment, and post-delivery customer support.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Liaising with vendors/brands to provide updates
• Tracking and researching shipments and deliveries
• Processing claims for damaged items
• Requesting and issuing return authorizations
• Processing order cancellations
• Answering product related questions
• Tracking, researching, and resolving order related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
