Communications

• Act as the primary administrator for the Google Sites intranet; managing layout, visual hierarchy, and content updates to ensure colleagues stay informed and connected
• Partner with leadership to translate complex data and business strategies into professional, high-impact presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint) for internal meetings and town halls
• Develop and execute internal newsletters, cultural updates, and organizational announcements using tools like Mailchimp to drive high employee engagement and sentiment scores
• Assist department leaders in drafting internal memos and announcements to ensure alignment with the broader organization's vision and tone
• Draft and refine the "voice" of customer-facing communications regarding invoicing and e-service templates, ensuring the tone is professional, helpful, and mirrors the brand's premium standards
• Coordinate with the Internal Communications team to ensure all Ambius-specific messaging aligns with broader company-wide standards and strategic pillars
• Maintain a centralized communications calendar shared with the internal communications team to provide full visibility into all activity, preventing "message fatigue" among colleagues
• Participate in regular cross-functional communication syncs to share best practices and ensure brand voice consistency across different business units

Communications Specialist

Sales

• The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned region
• This role will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve market revenue goals (accountable for sales element)
• Supervise and coordinate regional sales colleagues including conducting 1:1 debriefs with all Account Executives, conducting 2-3 field rides, coaching, development, and formal performance review cycles
• Conduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performance
• In collaboration with business leaders, identify and set quarterly and annual sales goals within the region
• Determine effective and efficient methods to attain revenue objectives for residential
• Maintains and expands commercial customer base by counseling Account Executive sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new commercial business opportunities
• Manage sales performance within the region and monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify where improvements can be made
• Annually, develop a Regional Sales and Marketing Plan that supports Ambius Corporate Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account management
• Establish a high performing team and lead a culture of accountability that ensures delivery of sales objectives, including development and implementation of programs and promotions to motivate sales teams within the market
• Travel to various field locations and/or other locations for program delivery, project support, and subject-matter expertise
• Set a strong example for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
