Project Manager

• Lead software development projects from initial discovery through final delivery
• Own accountability for assigned project success and ensure delivery of customer value
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain transparent communication
• Manage the product backlog, write user stories, prioritize work, and estimate tasks with developers and tech leads
• Translate client needs into product requirements and align engineering teams on high-value features
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and project timelines
• Lead product discovery sessions and transform client needs into actionable development items
• Provide status reports to management
• Interpret performance data, identify risks, and remove blockers
