About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead software development projects from initial discovery through final delivery
Own accountability for assigned project success and ensure delivery of customer value
Serve as the primary client contact and maintain transparent communication
Manage the product backlog, write user stories, prioritize work, and estimate tasks with developers and tech leads
Translate client needs into product requirements and align engineering teams on high-value features
Define product strategies, roadmaps, and project timelines
Lead product discovery sessions and transform client needs into actionable development items
Provide status reports to management
Interpret performance data, identify risks, and remove blockers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in Product or Project Management roles within the software industry
Professional-level English, written and verbal
Comfortable shifting between high-level product vision and detailed project management
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
General understanding of software development and ability to discuss technical projects with developers
Proactive use of AI tools in daily workflow
Availability and commitment for full-time dedication
Well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Mastery of Jira for story writing and task management
Experience using data and analytics tools to validate assumptions and track team and project performance metrics
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or related certifications, product design experience, and coding experience are nice to have
