Core responsibilities
Research using subscription & public sources: - Janes (companies, programmes, platform lineages). - EU / NATO procurement: TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), NSPA, OCCAR, EDA notices. - Trade/media & exhibitor lists: Aviation Week / FlightGlobal, Eurosatory, DSEI, MSPO, ILA Berlin, etc. - Company filings / registries (e.g., Companies House, Handelsregister, KRS) and official press/investor decks.
Relationship mapping: identify prime→integrator→supplier chains for UAV platforms; note battery/power integration partners where visible.
Contact discovery: use Sales Navigator + Apollo/Lusha/ZoomInfo to find/verify decision-makers; keep proof/source links.
Data hygiene & reporting: maintain a single source of truth (Sheets/HubSpot), build a compact Power BI / Looker Studio dashboard (Top-25, contact depth, funnel, tender radar), and produce a 1-page weekly brief.
Compliance hygiene: basic sanctions/end-use checks (EU/UK/AU lists) and clean notes for internal review.
Requirements
Proficient with Sales Navigator + one of Apollo/Lusha/ZoomInfo for contact verification.
Strong spreadsheet discipline; Power BI/Looker Studio for concise dashboards.
Clear, concise writing; can summarise a programme/tender in 5–8 bullet points.
