About the role
- Handle inbound homeowner calls and outbound follow-ups to warm leads
- Follow provided scripts, qualify leads, collect discovery information
- Schedule estimate or quote appointments based on the client’s calendar
- Assist with basic off-call administrative support such as lead follow-up
- Accurately update the CRM with call notes and appointment status
- Pass qualified leads to the next team member for further steps
Requirements
- Prior experience in phone-based customer support, receptionist work, appointment setting, or call handling
- Experience handling outbound calls, especially to warm leads
- Clear, confident English communication with Level A-B accent
- Comfortable following scripts while still sounding natural and engaging
- Strong organization and attention to detail in CRM updates and scheduling
- Ability to qualify leads and gather key information efficiently
- Comfortable working in a structured, execution-focused support role
- Preferred: Experience supporting home services, contractors, remodeling companies, or other local service businesses
- Spanish/English bilingual ability
- Familiarity with RingCentral, GoHighLevel dialers, or similar phone/CRM tools
- Experience with lead qualification and discovery calls
- Background in front-desk coordination or inside sales support
