About the role

  • Support the driver hiring process for a logistics company
  • Review applicants and conduct pre-qualification phone screenings
  • Update candidate records and initiate onboarding procedures
  • Identify automatic disqualifiers and DSP red flags
  • Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for applicants
  • Send daily updates of newly added candidates to the team via Slack
  • Maintain clear candidate records for compliance and tracking
  • Assist clients in improving business efficiency and operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Equivalent experience in recruitment, sourcing, or administrative support is acceptable
  • At least 1–2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support (preferred but not required)
  • Must have at least 1–2 years experience in BPO industry as inbound/outbound caller
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters or similar platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Experience conducting phone screenings or pre-qualification interviews is a plus
  • Experience working with US-based clients and time zones (EST) is required
  • Experience supporting logistics, delivery, transportation, or staffing companies is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Ability to follow SOPs and scripts accurately
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet
