About the role
- Support mortgage refinancing outreach by dialing prospects from provided lists and engaging them about refinancing opportunities.
- Place outbound calls to prospects regarding refinancing options such as lower interest rates, lower monthly payments, shorter loan terms, cash-out refinancing, removing PMI.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and document call outcomes accurately.
- Schedule follow-up calls or transfer qualified prospects to the next step in the process.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive phone presence to build rapport with potential clients.
- Report to To Be Determined; work Monday to Friday within PST shift; part-time 10 hours/week.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry (mortgage leads, refinancing, or related call center experience).
- Senior-Advanced level experience (requested experience tier).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and explain financial benefits clearly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working part-time with a flexible schedule (10 hrs/week, PST timezone).
- English language; neutral accent preferred.
